What differentiates LogicManager ERM Software from other similar products?
In our consideration process we reviewed four other software companies and determined that LM provided us with the ease of use for our employees, their G2 rating played an important factor and their client support /Customer service.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Definitely the latest technology updates to the modules and the LM University.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Workflows are too small to view and we need more cosultation with LM regarding the regulatory update software as we have not decided if the price is worth taking on since the product cannot match Compliance AI
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Perform your G2 comparisons, reach out to other users, ask the meaningful questions of all user interviews and prepare your company to understand that this GRC will provide the compliance requirements along with customer support in all ways.

What differentiates LogicManager ERM Software from other similar products?
LogicManager differentiates itself mainly through its longevity in the GRC space and the breadth of modules it offers. However, compared to more modern platforms, it relies heavily on manual configuration and rigid workflows, which makes it feel more like a legacy system than a forward-looking ERM solution.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
At this point, my favorite aspect is that we are in the process of replacing it. Moving away from LogicManager has highlighted how much more efficient, intuitive, and flexible newer GRC platforms have become.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The platform is not intuitive and feels outdated in both design and usability. Common tasks require excessive clicks, manual workarounds, and institutional knowledge to operate effectively. Instead of enabling risk management, it often adds administrative overhead and slows teams down.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would strongly recommend against procuring this product unless your organization is comfortable building and maintaining nearly everything manually and does not plan to fully leverage the platform for a modern, robust GRC program. Teams looking for intuitive workflows, automation, and out-of-the-box alignment to current GRC practices will likely find the platform limiting and resource-intensive.
