Poor analytics and automation abilities but cheap

What differentiates Maximizer CRM from other similar products?
The price is low enough to make it worth it, and it was supplied through a third party called Advoco who are very experienced with it and offer much better automation and customisation at an additional cost.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I don't have a favourite aspect
What do you dislike most about this product?
The lack of native automation and analytics and the lack of simplicity in customising the front end
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If price is your main concern and this comes up top when looking for a new one, go for it. If you want a much better system though you should be prepared to spend more money on a more comprehensive software.
