The phishing campaigns, they're thorough and offer analytics to get information about how the users are interacting and which attacks they're more prone to,

The user interface is very generic, nothing pleasing.

Go through their website's resources page, they have good guides related to cybersecurity and phishing.

Definitely proceed, great out the box cyber awareness / training content. Easy to build campaigns with superb phish simulator. Provides customisable contents and the reporting is in depth.
