What differentiates Microsoft 365 Copilot AI Agents from other similar products?

this is like a human assistant when i enter a teams meeting late, as it only needs to be pinged and provide me with a list of what has been discussed in the meeting so far, which is better than other AI tools, since it understands the corporate background of my particular company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

i love how i can create my own little agents in copilot studio without having to know how to code. i created one with simple policies at our company and now I do not need to email my manager every time I have a question concerning my benefits. now it just pulls the answer out of the employee handbook. it is very responsive and the text does not sound like a robot.

What do you dislike most about this product?

the cost is prohibitive to smaller teams. you really must be using the entire microsoft package before you can say that you are getting your money.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

i can strongly recommend that to anyone who attends more than three hours a day of meetings, the automated summaries will transform your life.

What differentiates Microsoft 365 Copilot AI Agents from other similar products?

i have the automation agents to take care of stuff such as the approval workflows and in files organisation. it is much better than manually processing them as the only difference is that it will never skip a step until it is ready and all I do is to press Approve to what the agent does. it is the best to the tasks that are not interesting both to others and to myself but I have to do them, since at least I will not miss a step until

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

i like that it will now be able to analyze files that it detected with a search and I do not have to upload them, that is a huge workflow enhancement. I can simply say to it: summarize the latest budget files and it will find them and do the work, that to me is really magic when it functions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

it is a little sensitive to outside applications. when you are attempting to integrate it with a non-microsoft application, it may require some effort to get it going.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

when you hate administrative work you need this. it’s the closest thing to a delete my chores button that I have ever seen in a software package.
