What differentiates Microsoft OneDrive for Business from other similar products?

Seamless integration with Microsoft 365, which houses key productivity tools I use at work like Microsoft word, Excel and Powerpoint. This integration between Onedrive and Microsoft 365, let me access any of my Microsoft Office tools ( word, excel etc ) in the cloud from anywhere, and automatically back up my work with these tools into my Onedrive in real time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Onedrive makes provisions for extra security for my files when I share them with fellow Onedrive users or even non-Onedrive users. Provisions like the ability to set expiration dates for my shared files and even set password protection for my shared files , has helped to create an extra layer of protection for my files when shared with third parties, while keeping them safe from unauthorized access.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customizing file sharing permissions on Onedrive tends to be cumbersome. Also, I do experience occasional glitches with Onedrive's synchronization functionality, when trying to access saved files across multiple devices in real time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Onedrive provides top-notch security for saved files and makes file sharing with fellow users and non-users alike a flawless process. However, Onedrive's collaboration capability is steps behind what is obtainable with some other file storage tools.
