Easy to set up, very easy to manage, great integration with the G-Suite.

If you are in sales and do a lot of outbound emailing, this is definitely a tool you should consider.

What differentiates Mixmax from other similar products?

I haven't used any other full-scale CRM products, but in terms of the features I used the most (scheduling and email sequencing), Mixmax is one of the few out there that's easy to set up and integrates quite nicely with Gmail. The dashboard is intuitive to navigate and use, and the team is always trying to make improvements.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect of the product is the email template feature.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think the user experience for some sections of the product could be a lot better e.g. the calendar scheduling frontend and backend pages. Compared to other tools out there, the mixmax scheduling feature can come off as a little "clunky".

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're looking for a tool to supercharge and scale how you manage your emails in terms of scheduling, email campaigns, and sales reach-outs, while keeping your team small, Mixmax is the way to go.
