What differentiates NTS Retail from other similar products?
NTS Retail is very easy to use and includes a very clean interface. Anyone will use it. I realize it is better than alternative more expensive systems. We have a small menu therefore it makes every transaction very smooth. It’s intuitive, convenient, affordable, and forever available. Over the years, the functionality has grown into something that supports my in-person, online, and mobile businesses. The coverage capabilities are wonderful and also the hardware is super reliable.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its interface seems to be quite easy and intuitive at all times which permits me to carry out my applications in a much more sensible and quick way, their client service team is quite fast once responding to any drawback or concern that will arise. Can present us at any time we use the application, the benefit with which I can organize my documents and purchasers turns out to be quite practical at all times, which is of nice help particularly when it involves handling massive volumes of clients.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The fact that not much info is obtained online, as well as the fact that it doesn’t have smart user documentation, are a few things that disappoint a small amount since we don’t have tools to resolve errors on our own, but other than that I even have none another complaint regarding it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The NTS Retail is incredibly user-friendly. Simple to use and learn and straightforward to show others as well. It has nice options with categories and discount options. It’s great for my very little retail gift shop.
