Its functional breadth, the intelligent way in which it organizes information from the BIA, RA, BCP and DRP, and its cost-benefit ratio.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease with which information is loaded, maintained, consulted, and used in the ongoing management of the Business Continuity Plan.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Before selecting ParaSolution, we conducted a thorough and comprehensive analysis of the various solutions available on the market. While the product's broad functionality and technical capabilities were obviously key factors, what we appreciated most about ParaSolution was Premier Continuum's vision, the product's future-oriented approach, and the exceptional customer service and support they consistently provided.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As with any system selection, it should be done carefully, especially if you're looking for a long-term tool. Therefore, we definitely recommend taking your time to evaluate ParaSolution and talk to them to understand their customer engagement strategies and their approach to customer service and support, which you'll surely appreciate and find very helpful in managing your business continuity management system.

What differentiates ParaSolution from other similar products?

I would say ParaSolution stands out in the market by offering facilities like risk assessment, crisis management, disaster recovery, governance compliance, real-time analytics, and much more, all under a single platform with great precision.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This platform has kept us updated with real-time analytics. The built-in risk assessment and crisis management feature has helped us to identify, mitigate, and respond quickly in high-stress situations. We have also been able to measure the maturity level of the BCM program and improve it for the better.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It does provide real-time analytics, but it gets a bit difficult to extract fruitful insights from the data. I also faced a problem with restricted and unfriendly API documentation.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend this platform if you work across multiple countries and are looking to depend on a BCM platform to handle multi-site business, along with standardizing continuity without having to lose the local flexibility.

Vendor Security Compliance The hosted solution is in compliance with cloud security standards such as FedRAMP or SSAE 16 SOC 2, and security certifications such as ISO 27001 and 27000.

Contact List Facilitate collecting and maintaining contact lists e.g. via integration with HR systems or Active Directory.

Incident Response Planning Document the protocols to be carried out in the event of a business disruption, IT outage, or emergency scenario.
