A good RPA tool for automation of CRM

What differentiates Pega Platform from other similar products?

The integration between the legacy system is very easy in Pega compared to the other RPA's in the market and they also have collaboration tool where multiple users can work in single use case together.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect of the product is the NLP capability of email reading where we can route the emails to the exact team and if it's a common ask, we can send a reply, Using Pega NLP we can these features in short period of time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The product is not that good for ERP automation and I also felt their community page is not that active like other RPA community pages.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I will recommend this RPA tool for CRM and BPA automation.

adaptive case management is a wonderful feature along with that it's interface and responsive design

What do you dislike most about this product?

customisation is difficult sometimes also the license fee is bit high The platform is in some way resource intensive

Go ahead and consider this as demand of Pega is not just a trend but it is the result of value delivering for years
