Best Features but client services can be improved

What differentiates Prisma Cloud from other similar products?

It has best Features which are needed for CSPM (Cloud Security POsture Management). CWPP (Cloud Workload Protection Platform), CNAPP (Cloud Native Application Platform) which is good and can be compared to various leading CNAPP providers like Wiz. But differentiation, i don't think there is that much of any USP or seperator from other tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has best Features which are needed for CSPM (Cloud Security POsture Management). CWPP (Cloud Workload Protection Platform), CNAPP (Cloud Native Application Platform)

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dont know how it has costed but i have heard that it is fairly high. The Client Services like helping when creating custom cspm alert policies, etc can be improved

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I have used Prisma Cloud and it has been good per CSPM, CNAPP, CWPP but I dont see that much of Features as of CASB or ZTNA or SWG capabilities which i think can be improved.
