With Real Geeks, now generating leads has become one of the msot easy tasks undertaken in min. time frame and also the software is quite capable of running on both mobile and desktop devices in seamless and efficient manner. It has advanced customer service support system with wider community engagement and the software offers most unique and widely acceted comprehensive solution for real estate professionals. The AI texting assitant offered by Geek is quite smart and exclusive assitant which makes it out of the box solution for users and it also popularises the software to great extent.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best aspect is integrated CRM and marketing tools for business users through which lead generation and its marketing becomes easy and accessible to all. Now, a single platform is best use for generating leads and promotion of campaigns in easy and efficient manner without any hassle. The flawless integration features is quite recommended by users across the world

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes customisation is limited to few areas and pricing structure is becoming bit difficult for us to handle as we are looking for some really cost effective solutions in this regard

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The most important parameters are to understand and assess one's need and the budget around the requirement. The testing andpiloting of various other competitive offerings is must before final buy. Have wider vision around scalability and replicability of the product during business expansion. Stability is must to have with no performance issue concern.

What differentiates Real Geeks from other similar products?

It can do a lot of amazing customization; on the way we manage our clients, our workflows and even on drop down fields. The platform is also very easy to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Real Geeks has excellent functionality on the mobile app. It is always innovating more ways to make the client satisfied; by adding more feature and options. I also love how fast the support team addresses our issues.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think the only thing missing is color. Reel Geeks certainly needs more color.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We just recently started using real Geeks an it has definitely exceeded expectations. Try it and it will not disappoint.
