What is your favorite aspect of this product?
As a project manager in a call center, my favorite aspect of Reward Gateway is the employee recognition feature. It not only allows team members to acknowledge each other's contributions in real-time but also fosters a culture of appreciation and teamwork.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One aspect of Reward Gateway that can be challenging is the learning curve for new users. While the platform offers a lot of features and functionalities, some employees might find it overwhelming initially. This can lead to under utilization, especially among those who may not be as tech-savvy.

What differentiates Reward Gateway from other similar products?
The support by RG to their clients is one of the most important aspects of why we chose this product. The product itself provided a solution for employee engagement, document management and recognition, both peer and leadership/subordinate. Bonuses were the shopping, and wellbeing portals.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Our favorite aspect is the ability to customize and interact as an organization in the portal, bringing everyone together.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I can't think of anything to be honest.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The product exceeded my expectations. We reviewed several products and services in our search for a solution, and this one provided far more than originally imagined.
