I have used RoboForm for more than a decade - and use it every day. I use multiple laptops, desktop, and cell phones and always have my passwords and secure notes at my fingertips regardless of where I am.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

multiplatform availability.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have two different RoboForm accounts and cannot easily switch back and forth without having to log in again. Would like a version of RoboForm that lets me have multiple organizations within a single license. For example, with Quickbooks I can have multiple businesses and switch back and forth between them easily.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Just buy it. I have recommended it to my own clients and they still use it and love it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While RoboForm is a powerful and reliable password manager, the initial learning curve can be a bit steep for team members who are new to password management tools. Features like shared folders and user permissions take some time to fully understand and implement. However, once set up, the system runs smoothly—and the extra effort upfront is well worth the long-term security and efficiency it provides.

If you’re considering RoboForm, our biggest recommendation is to take full advantage of its organizational features from the start—set up folders, define user roles, and explore the secure sharing options. Spend a little time upfront getting to know the admin dashboard and team management tools—they’re incredibly powerful once you understand them. Also, don’t hesitate to use their customer support—they’re responsive and knowledgeable. RoboForm is a smart investment for any business serious about password security, efficiency, and scalable team access.

What differentiates RoboForm Password Manager from other similar products?

I struggle to remember when I didn't use Roboform, initially personally, then as a business tool for all my staff. As a company with a lot of web accounts, it gives me a strong sense of security if someone leaves the company that they can no longer access these accounts. Also, it eliminates writing passwords down and the inherent risks of that, or scrambling around trying to find that list. Also, it allows many members of the staff to have access to a website, which is important when purchasing assets against a credit card or prepay. I sign in disbelief when I see people who don't have a password manager at all. I highly recommend Roboform.

The central control and, if someone loses their master password, we can issue another

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think the admin console in the business edition and what you can do there is a little clumsy and cumbersome.

If you are looking for a personal or business password manager, this is definitely worth a look.
