What differentiates Salesforce Agentforce from other similar products?

ARE engine offers great AI insights based on past user data and current financial trends. Streamlined our customer onboarding and KYC processes. Automates routine financial tasks.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

ARE engine is my favourite as it is more than AI, it offers suggestion based action plan wherein we can select the next step as per our choice.

What do you dislike most about this product?

They bill each transaction being done by the agent separately. They should create some blanket based subscription plans for the same.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider all integration beforehand, it's smooth when it comes to applications like Ariba but problematic for others.

What differentiates Salesforce Agentforce from other similar products?

compared to traditional bots which merely provide suggestions, it actually performs tasks in the crm without me clicking through all the buttons like microsoft copilot does, agentforce uses the atlas reasoning engine to perform tasks actually in the crm without my involvement.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

i find its integration with data cloud to provide a full picture of the customer really pleasing. its ability to search knowledge articles and actually fix the problem is astonishing at saving me a lot of time in repetitive administration and configuration of simple agents is exceptionally quick when your data is clean.

What do you dislike most about this product?

setting up detailed guardrails around the agents may be somewhat daunting. the real truth is that you have to be familiar with salesforce flows to ensure that it functions perfectly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

when you already have your feet in the door of the salesforce ecosystem and are tired of making your data entry tedious and have to do it manually, this is the first investment you will ever make.

What differentiates Salesforce Agentforce from other similar products?

this is the first time an ai tool has actually made my job any less challenging compared to simply throwing more options at me to verify. as opposed to a simple llm wrapper, agentforce can use the atlas reasoning engine to plan multi-step actions, it can look at a complaint, scan the refund policy, and actually issue the credit in our billing system.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

the most impressive feature to me was the " multi-agent collaboration " though. a service agent can pass a conversation to a commerce agent in case the customer has something new they want during the current conversation, and the transition is seamless and the context moves along with the user, it saves so much time since the customer is no longer manually handing off a ticket between two departments. the analytics dashboard also gives a very clear picture of the agents doing well in their work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

those prices which depend on consumption are frightening. you just need to keep a tight rein on the amount of flex credits you have, or you might find yourself with an unforeseen bill at the end of the month.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

very much worthwhile to any enterprise service team. it does not only do deflection but also actually resolves complicated customer problems without human intervention.
