What differentiates Scout Monitoring from other similar products?

I found Scout much easier to use than other APM services I have tried.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It integrates seamlessly with our Ruby on Rails application running on Heroku. It also find the weekly summary email useful to keep an eye on any performance degradations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We had to throttle transactions to keep the cost down.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Scout is perfect if you need a simple and easy-to-use platform for monitoring the performance of your application.
