It permits more resources for agents to get practice with the sales process and I like the unlimited training attempts.

AI can glitch sometimes if you aren't specific enough and this can lead to a improper response.

What differentiates Second Nature from other similar products?

I can say that this platform is impressive in many aspects. Unlike others, artificial intelligence is better developed, I like that it is helping enormously to improve the sales skills of team members

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This platform provides an AI-powered tool to improve presentations and make them more effective. We had fluency and gaps in our sales presentations, and this tool helped us improve the process. The ability to track the pace of the discussion, analyze speech and keywords, as well as detect silences and paraphrases is impressive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

it still feels like you're talking to an AI, and that can be a bit weird at times. I wish there was an animated character with improved features that would make the exchange a little more real

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Solves problems preparing and improving sales presentations, and coaching the sales team, which can be difficult. We are using this tool and evaluating progress. The ability to repeat sales presentations as many times as necessary to be effective in real life with customers gives us much more confidence and maturity in our presentation.
