I went for this as the pricing is transparent and offerings are pretty solid for the dough. Its better than other e-sign tools, because it doesn't feel like they're nickel and diming you for every damn feature. I believe it is the best because they have perfect uptime, and i never had a document that failed to reach a client. It a very earnest piece of software that honors the user’s bankroll and schedule. It feels very dependable.

The icing on the cake is audit trail that gets attached to each completed document. It instills a ton of confidence for my clients that everything is being done legit and secure. I also appreciate being able to include a personal note with the signature request. It makes the entire experience feel like less of a transaction and more of a collaboration. The software goes really quick and i never feel like i wait for a page to load. It is highly responsive and well built for contemporary business.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like that the document library does not have a category can put different types of agreements. Having hundreds of documents in the system (so can be hard to keep organized).

If you are one of those guys who want a good signing tool (like me) then you should definitely try this. Uses sense and complexinatown for getting work done without any unnecessary complexity.
