Cloud first and built to be used on tablets, clean interface for frontline workers and live data capability for head office

What differentiates SkyTab from other similar products?

I had no experience with REVEL POS devices when I was first tasked with troubleshooting wireless network connectivity on a cruise ship. The interface was intuitive and allowed me to accomplish high level tasks with relative ease…though I had no prior experience with the devices.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It was both user friendly and friendly for advanced technical support professionals as well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I only dislike the fact that I have not had the opportunity to spend more time with it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take it for a test drive! The fact that it worked reliably on a cruise ship speaks volumes.

Multiple Venue Property Concept Support Manage POS system definitions, menu items, pricing for various venues from a single dashboard and is flexible to support a variety of restaurant concepts

Payment Processing Includes credit card processing, debit card processing, and payment verification.

Integrations The workplace platform integrates with common business applications in which users do their work, such as Office 365, G-Suite, Salesforce, and Zendesk.

Advanced Reporting Analytics Has reporting templates, capable of standard reporting, forecasting, customized reports (including predictive analytics and real-time) down to the check level

Table Reservations Management The solution tracks table status and allows servers to be assigned to specific tables.

Check Settlement Types Such as coupons, gift card, gaming & non-gaming comps, points, house accounts, split check, cash, debit/credit card, mobile payment such as Apple Pay.

Kitchen Course Management The solution includes KDS support and assists in kitchen production by printing/displaying/routing orders, coursing, recipes by prep line, or other criteria.

Loyalty Promotions Management The solution has a comprehensive loyalty module that also supports both fixed and real-time promotions, impacting pricing or product availability

Mobile Capabilities Allows staff with mobile tablets to take orders, accept online orders and managers to access mobile real-time reporting, KPIs and alerts on smartphones.

Inventory Recipe Management Tracks inventory in stock and in-transit, can post alerts based on availability of ingredients. Full recipe, ingredient and product-costing capabilities
