What differentiates Teramind Employee Productivity from other similar products?

It helps us to monitor the efficiency of various employees by providing time spent on various tasks, applications used etc. on real time basis.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It helps us to improve productivity of my team and maintain security of our data by giving real time alerts.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I really like this software and it is very helpful for me to monitor the activity of various employees in my team so i do not find any dislikes in it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for a software which can track, monitor and help you improve your employee day to day basis work related activities then this will be a right choice for you.

What differentiates Teramind Employee Productivity from other similar products?

After looking into the Market Teramind was the most promising for the price. The value is the difference.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Ability to automate and Alert on agents that are out of the set compliance.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lack Of onboarding and not enough time provided for 1 time resolution.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you understand that this software will work better if the workers you are trying to monitor have the same computers and not personal computers. With Antivirus and VPN it becomes a nightmare to bypass. Although they do provide documentation on how to add exceptions for it.

major difference here is acuracy which play important role in any monitoring software along with ease of use.

report generation is our favorite aspect of this product.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Their vendor and direct subscription module is not working well. many time licence get expire regardless of already paid for service just because of interegation with vendor network.
