What differentiates Trellix Helix from other similar products?

Difference is clear The collection of forensic for investigation is pretty good with this product. Hellix connect offers very few false positives which in return makes it more reliable. Which also increase efficiency of SOC.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect by far imo is the collection of artifacts using this product, straight and to the point data collection.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As user I would say, the resource consumption on host can be pretty high sometimes, especially while installing large file(like unpacking large msi file with lot of executables)

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend it for the cost effectiveness of the product. It's a viable solution which in return gives you almost 90+% threat catching capability.

What differentiates Trellix Helix from other similar products?

Trellix Helix is bit different coz it not just collect data but also helps to respond fast with built in automation and threat intel, other tools mostly stop at alerting only.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how it shows everything in one place, like alerts, logs, and actions, so it is easy to understand what is going on and take quick steps without jumping to other tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes it feels little slow when dealing with large data, and few features are bit complex to setup at start

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure to take proper training first because without that it is little confusing in starting. Also setup automation rules early, it saves lot of time later.
