What differentiates Verizon Connect from other similar products?
My experience with Verizon Connect was very disappointing. They purchased Fleetmatics and made a mess for us; we were completely outside DOT HOS compliance and their program was going to sleep in iOS devices. This meant drivers were unable to continue compliant logs for HOS. My company negotiated out of the contract as quickly as this information was discovered.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This product did not meet expectations.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Driver experience was horrendous.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Find a better solution in the marketplace.
