My team has greatly benefited from Whereby’s Brower-based functionality. It means that anyone who needs to join a meeting or training doesn’t have to install the application since they only need to click on a link and are good to go. This feature is missing in most of the other video conferencing tools we’ve previously used.

Team members and clients who don’t use it so often aren’t forced to install it in their devices since they can gain access to conferences through a shared link. Delays and choppiness are pretty common in Whereby and this is a complete turn off for me. Even if the software is super easy to use, its video and audio quality is wanting. Though this isn’t an every-day problem, I’ve had embarrassing moments with important clients due to low-quality video/audio output.
