What is ThousandEyes?
To effectively address digital experience issues, you must first identify them—you cannot fix a problem you can’t see. The best way to establish this foundational footprint is to use Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) to monitor the environment and the digital service delivery chain, in such a way that issues can be identified before the front-facing experience is impacted. This approach serves as the heart of DEM.
