What differentiates VanillaSoft from other similar products?
In less than a day, I was able to train my team to use Vanilla Soft and they are as excited as I am about how easy it is to use. After prolonged use, it becomes automatic and we find ourselves using it daily. Excellent customer service too; They were instrumental in simplifying the implementation process for us. The fact that it works with all of our clients is an added bonus.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Our favorite feature is the flexibility to tailor it to our specific needs and track results effortlessly. The ability to enter and exit a record with a few clicks and page views is something we really appreciate. We prioritized finding a solution that would reduce the time it takes to enter results and update records. Vanillasoft was the fastest of all the options we tested.
What do you dislike most about this product?
If it could be opened in batches instead of one at a time, it would be much easier to duplicate data or compare information in case a SDR has problems. Finding a simple and agile platform that can handle calls and log updates is a big challenge.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Unlike other systems, this one actually benefits your team instead of creating more work for them. Works great for Biz Dev teams looking to make connections. The team was able to make good use of it and the platform has a very high "successful" adoption rate, because it lacks many CRM-type features that are not essential to Biz Dev operations.

What differentiates VanillaSoft from other similar products?
With VanillaSoft's centralized platform for tracking and prioritizing leads, sales organizations can better manage leads and direct their reps' efforts toward the most promising possibilities.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The VS interface makes it simple to generate unique result codes and programs, and to configure unique callbacks and codes for one's own business and advertising purposes. Extremely intuitive and easy to use, even for those who have little experience with CRMs.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish there was more rigorous screening of some server-generated leads. Also, it would be nice if the automatic texts could be modified, so that prospects weren't receiving generic messages.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The elimination of various issues has been very useful because it has made the interaction between the window and the dialer, as well as the many other windows an agent must have open, much more seamless.

What differentiates VanillaSoft from other similar products?
I enjoy that I can send and receive texts and emails without leaving the portal. Don't let my leads get disorganized. I am able to distinguish between excellent and bad leads and then pursue the good ones.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Thanks to Vanillasoft, I've been able to expand my company. The visuals are fantastic. It's quite simple to use. When compared to other CRMs, this one was simple to use and understand right from the get. We feed leads into VS, then make outbound calls and handle any necessary follow-up.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Separate dialer is probably my single biggest complaint. Basically not a problem. However, there is one minor detail that I would alter. It's more suited as a calling tool than a customer relationship management system. You'll require a supplementary customer relationship management system.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Better leads generated, and more client information needed for improved support. The ability to quickly access calls and client data. Very efficient and simple to use. Information for customers and phone calls can be updated automatically.
