What differentiates Xodo Sign from other similar products?

Xodo Sign is quite different than other e-signature platforms in many obvious ways. It provides full audit trails even in lower-tier plans, is easy and quite fast to get my hands on it, and most importantly, it offers a real-time status tracking feature.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Enabling me to send, sign, and manage documents on this cloud-based platform. Moreover, I can do real-time auditing and integration with other cloud services and apps. It provides security by offering signer authentication, which adds a strong sector factor with PIN.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The audit trail feature requires refinement, as it sometimes lacks clarity when handling complex workflows.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You may feel restricted while using a free or lower-tier plan, so analyze your needs deeply beforehand to overcome any difficulties afterwards and enjoy the e-signature journey with Xodo Sign.

What differentiates Xodo Sign from other similar products?

The easiest one i found to implement was the xodo sign api. The documentation is very clear and easy to follow without confusion for a developer so it is better than the competitors the reason why it is the best in my point of view that it is very lightweight and does not effect our page load times. It automated our customer onboarding process entirely, a lot better than we used to have.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the “test” mode that lets us build out an entire workflow without burning through any of our real document credits. The webhooks are also extremely reliable, and notify our system the instant a signature is complete, meaning we can get to work on the project immediately. It has a very professional interface for the signer which boosts our brand image. The software is extremely stable and we have not had a single issue with downtime since the integration went live.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The pricing can become quite high if your volume of monthly signatures is very high. The only thing i wish for is that there's another more affordable mid tier plan available for startup that's on that stage in between.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you is a developer so, if you want to get authenticated e-signature api then you should must look at this. It is stable, heavily documented and super easy to work with. Saving much of your development work and providing a great experience.
